Vintage Etched Sterling Silver Locket - Siam - Early to mid 1900's.
This sweet but weighty locket is in great condition. The floral etchings are clear with little wear or scuff marks. The locket could accommodate two photos and has a very secure opening latch.
The detail on the locket is lovely including engraving on the bail. The design on the back is the same as the front, the clasp is strong and the locket is stamped “SIAM Sterling 925” inside.
Siam became Thailand in 1939 which dates this little stunner would have been made before that.
The locket hangs on strong, clean 20” Chain.
